GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These "General Terms and Conditions" govern the relationship established with the User of the Website www.worldyachtstore.com following the acceptance of these Terms by registering on the same Website, as proof of awareness of the contact with MN LAND & SEA S.R.L., as a professional operator that provides services for a fee.

This applies to every auction/listing present on the aforementioned Website, it being understood that the "General Terms and Conditions" apply in any case, unless expressly derogated with regard to the services provided for each individual asset, where this occurs only with an act signed by the User and accepted by MN LAND & SEA S.R.L., or with special conditions of specific auctions, without in any way recognizing any tolerances or agreements not formalized in writing.

By registering and accepting the aforementioned, the User assigns MN LAND & SEA S.R.L. the task of managing the negotiation for the operation indicated in the listing/auction of the Website, relating to the chosen asset, with a commitment to recognize MN LAND & SEA S.R.L. a fee of 10% (ten percent) on the purchase/sale/transfer price, unless expressly derogated as above, concerning the transaction that is the subject of this assignment and contract, provided that the negotiation is concluded with the conclusion of the contract, even if preliminary.

The Contract with the User is neither assignable nor transferable.

The User shall register by providing their personal data, guaranteeing the truthfulness, accuracy and completeness thereof, and authorizing MN LAND & SEA S.R.L. to process such data, as per a separate declaration. Any use of false personal data, even if referring to third parties, shall be considered, for civil and criminal purposes, as fraud or deceit.

In the event of the transaction being concluded, the User who has registered with data that is not their own or is false, shall remain liable, including for damages, towards MN LAND & SEA S.R.L. and/or any other parties involved in the transaction that is the subject of the contract.
